Painted all day with that extra layer of make-up remains bit of a pain but in the night you need to ensure that you do not carry any makeup. Use a quality make-up remover to remove make-up.Using an alcohol-free toner will help restore the pH of the skin and remove any remaining oils and make-up. So before you wash your face, remove your make-up first.
A perfect and quality cleanser that suits your skin type should be used. Gently massage the cleanser into the skin. Wash your face and neck thoroughly with warm water and the cleanser. When you have completed the face cleansing, make sure that you rinse the entire residue off thoroughly. Using a cleanser will remove kill the dirt, oil and debris that is on and in the skin. Try washing your face with warm water in the night as it lets the dirt and bacteria to be released.
Applying eye cream during the night works wonder and get rid of all those dark circles and puffy eyes. As there are no oil glands around the eye, using an eye cream on the skin around the eye will replenish the skin. Gently apply the cream under and around the eye.
